CELEBRATE FILM : DO THE RIGHT THING
Saturday August 29th was a beautiful summer day to unveil the street sign in celebration of Spike Lee's iconic 1989 film, " Do The Right Thing" Stuyvesant Avenue, between Lexington & Quincy is officially DO THE RIGHT THING WAY. For the first time in the history of New York City, a film is being honored in this way and NYC celebrated with a Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson block party, with music by DJ SPINNA, food, art, vendors and activities.
A historic day indeed...
