PRINCESS BEY

Princess Bey was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She began acting in middle school, and continued through college, where she minored in theatre at Stony Brook University. Princess has since studied at HB Studio, The Lee Strasberg Institute, and most recently with Bruce Ornstein and Marc John Jeffries. Princess has appeared in a number of stage plays, and short films, including "IN|SEX", which she co-wrote and produced with her partner Devon Smith. Princess will be returning to the stage at the National Black Theatre in Harlem this September for a second run of the play "Phenomenal Woman: When Did You Lose Your Power?" Catch her this month at Monolodge as we are proud to present her along with cast and crew for a special screening and cast panel discussion of her Feature Short: "In|Sex"
